The beach is a few steps away and there are great restaurants within walking distance. The Strand sidewalk runs north and south for 26 miles along the beach. If you're active, you won't need a car!

Our cozy duplex was built in 1932 and has been remodeled over the past 2 decades. The 2 bedroom apartment is fully furnished and includes 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds.  The full bathroom includes a stand up shower with dual rain shower heads and body jets. The kitchen includes everything needed to prepare and serve a fabulous meal for the whole family. There's full size appliances (fridge, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, air fryer, coffee maker, nespresso machine, blender, pots, pans, dishes, bowls, mugs, cooking utensils, BBQ grill utensils, etc.). The dining table seats 4-6 guests. The living room has a gas fireplace, an ocean view, a laptop workstation and a very comfortable Lovesac sectional. Connect all your devices to fast WiFi.  Watch over 100+ local and national channels on YouTube TV or stream your favorite shows (on ANY streaming app such as Netflix, Apple TV, Amazon, etc). Hit the beach with complementary beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach cooler and beach towels.

The apartment is located in a charming Los Angeles suburb called North Manhattan Beach. It is within walking distance to the ocean, local restaurants and shops. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful despite the homes being located close together (as in all beach communities). The locals gather at the end of every day on the Strand, to watch the sunset together. There is a definite cohesiveness to the community, which adds a nice sense of security and peace.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
